Fishing
Updates
We have so many friends around the country that we are unable to thank you individually for being such a large part of our lives for the past fishing seasons. Some things will be a little different at the lodge next year. Linda and I are going to fulfill a life-long dream over the next two years. We will be leaving for Guam in early January and will serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints somewhere in the Federated States of Micronesia. We probably won’t know which of the island groups we will be working on until we arrive in Guam.
Kelly and Mary, Lisa, Peggy, Lynda Ann, Clif and Rob, Ray and Doris and the rest of the staff will keep the lodge and travel agency operating in our absence. Frank Gaughan will be filling my role as CEO while we are gone. This great staff has been responsible for the smooth operation of Doc Warner’s over the years and we are optimistic that the whole experience at the lodge will continue to make great memories for each of you.
We will miss all the fun and excitement that surround your lives while you are at the lodge. We will also miss doing the sportsmen’s shows and meeting with so many of you there. However, we will have time to do a little ‘scouting’ for some new fishing holes so maybe we’ll find some new places to catch some sunshine and fish.
Doc and Linda
