Fishing
Update
July 24-30, 2011
The story of the week was weather but only because it was something different...the fishing remains awesome this year. After having multiple weeks of fairly good weather we started out this last week wet and rainy. Friday was the best day on the water and a reprieve from the wind. Despite the liquid sunshine and rusting going on, our guests had a great week. One nice thing about storms, the fishing was great and the silvers are in.
Big Halibut came off of Mary's and Green Buoy. I think the largest was 125 pounds. On Saturday another was taken by temp staff off of Double Anchor in that size range. There were four one hundred pound pin awards made this week. A number of guests also put out crab pots and took home some tasty Dungeness crab.
Come drop a line and create some memories,
Mark
