Sweet & Sour Dressing for Salmon Salad

Servings: Makes Approximately 4 cups
Preparation Time: 30 Minutes

¼ cup Dijon Mustard
¼ cup Sugar
1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
½ cup Orange Juice, Frozen Concentrate
2 cups Salad Oil


Blend first 4 ingredients until well mixed.  Add salad oil to right consistency.  Enjoy!
