Corn relish Salad

¾ cup sugar
½ cup olive oil
¼ c vinegar
½ tsp celery seed
¼ tsp mustard seed
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can sauerkraut (drained and pressed)
½  cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped red onion

Combine and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Drain before serving.
