½ cup white vinegar
½ cup salad oil
¼ cup sesame oil
1/8 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cayenne (to taste)
3 cloves garlic
½ cup hoisin sauce
Blend all ingredients in mixer until smooth.
