BBQ Salmon with Mango Salsa

Salmon
6 – 4-6 oz portions of Salmon
Salt and Pepper to taste

Salsa* 
2 mangos chopped
3 nectarines chopped
2 limes juiced
1 red onion chopped
2 jalapeņos finely chopped
Cilantro to taste chopped

*Prepare Salsa at least 1 Hour prior to cooking your fish.

Salsa Preparation: Combine all ingredients and let stand for 1 hour minimum.
Fish: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Place salmon portions on greased baking sheet. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until salmon is easily cut with a fork.
