Just returned from a GREAT trip. Weather was rainy but the catching was exciting. Silvers from 14lbs and many at 10 to 12 lbs. One day at Mary's caught 23 Halibut to keep 4. Wales all around us. WOW!!

Doc Warner's is a really fun place. It is clean and there is a strong family-type atmosphere. We made some great new friends as well. Oh, did I mention the whales? We saw them, and not just a few. It seemed like hundreds. They were everywhere. And, the fishing was wonderful. Catching halibut was a lot easier that when I fished off Homer. Perhaps my biggest surprise was how good the salmon tasted. Wow!"

We are home safe and sound with an overflowing freezer full of fish. We can't begin to put into words what our time up there with all of you meant to the 3 of us. Friends were made and lots of memories also. Thank you again.
